For orders placed before noon on a business day, we offer same-day build and next-day local delivery within the Austin metro area. For nationwide rush shipments, we work with expedited carriers to get your gift there on time. Rush fees are transparent and discussed upfront — no surprises.

For custom orders, the process begins with a phone or video consultation where we listen more than we talk. We want to understand your vision fully before proposing solutions. From there, we'll source samples where needed, present mockups, and confirm every detail before production begins. Most custom gift builds are completed within three to five business days; complex or high-volume orders may require longer lead time.
International Shipping
While our primary focus is domestic gifting, we do handle international shipments on a case-by-case basis. International orders require additional lead time for customs documentation and carrier coordination. If you need to send a gift overseas, contact us directly and we'll assess feasibility, timeline, and cost — honestly and transparently.
